Return Policy

WATER-REVOLUTION, LLC RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our systems, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax.

Water-Revolution will only accept the return of systems in their original unopened packaging (including all accessories and manuals) with the original sales receipt within 7 days of the original purchase date. Opened items returned within the 7-day period with the original sales receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the unit is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all accessories and manuals. If you have not used the product, have not opened the box, and have not broken the manufacturer’s seal on the box, you can return the unused product within 7 days for a full refund. Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. Visual documentation must be provided to Water-Revolution of any damage.  Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. Replacement Cartridge Sets are not returnable or refundable.

* Items sold at discount during promotional periods are not subject to refund for any reason.  Normal limited lifetime warranty and free replacement parts applies on all sales (excluding consumable parts).


* DigiSoftener™ Systems and DynaPur™ System are custom built to order. No returns. No refunds.  Any order fulfilled by truck delivery may not be returned and will not be refunded.

All special order water systems and any systems that use special order parts are not refundable under any circumstances.  WR’s Limited Lifetime Warranty Still Applies.

International Customers who purchase any Water-Revolution system prior to a service facility being open in their country will take full responsibility to bear any shipping costs to and from an authorized repair center for warranty work and for any duties or customs fees due.

Certain products have their own warranties, as noted on the product pages.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase, or by check, at Water-Revolution's discretion. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be generated within one week of our receiving and inspecting your return.

Water-Revolution, LLC reserves the right to deny any return.

IMPORTANT
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Call (336) 525-1015 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
